为什么特氟龙涂料需要喷两层？
特氟龙涂料的主要功能材料是内含“PTFE”聚四氟乙烯微粉，提供不粘性，它对绝大部分的物品都是不粘的，这个是它的特性，我们开发了它的一些不粘的用途，例如：不粘锅，喷在模具上，利于产品脱模等等。
但是，出现了另外一个问题，这个聚四氟乙烯材料既然有不粘的性能，那么它也粘不住底材工件，例如，直接把聚四氟乙烯喷在锅坯上，它是粘不住锅坯，没有一点的附着力，烤干之后就是一层破裂的膜。
所以，就需要做一个底漆，底漆含有“PAI”聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂或者是类似功能树脂，提供面漆与底材强的附着力，通俗来说，底漆就相当于胶水的作用，把含有聚四氟乙烯的面漆和工件粘在一起，底漆就是上表层粘面漆，下表层粘工件。
所以，特氟龙涂料必须要两层。
也许，你会问，为什么不把底漆的“PAI”聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂或者是类似功能树脂加到面漆上，那么面漆就有不粘性，也能粘得了底材，就能做一层了。
人总是那么矛盾的，想要它具有不粘性，又想要它能粘住底材，能实现吗？所以，改成单层后，要么不粘性没有了，要么就是附着力没有了。넶648 2020-03-24 -

有，为了增加特氟龙涂层的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性，有喷三层的工艺。
在最底下一层是喷了PES涂料（聚醚砜涂料），然后中间层是喷PAI漆（聚酰胺酰亚胺涂料），最后再喷上PTFE面漆（聚四氟乙烯涂料）。
大概的工艺这样的：
喷上PES涂料（聚醚砜涂料）后，烘烤350度，10分钟，
待冷却到室温后，喷上PAI漆（聚酰胺酰亚胺涂料），烘烤150度，10分钟，
待冷却后，喷上PTFE面漆（聚四氟乙烯涂料），烘烤380度，冷却后就是成品。
需要注意的问题是：
第一，PES涂料（聚醚砜涂料）容易吸空气中的水蒸气，造成涂层表面缺陷，所以，要控制好空气中的湿度，另外，工件在喷好后，马上进入烤箱。
第二，底层的PES涂料（聚醚砜涂料）是溶剂型涂料，中层PAI漆（聚酰胺酰亚胺涂料）和PTFE面漆（聚四氟乙烯涂料）都是水溶性涂料，在喷涂过程中，要专枪专用，避免交叉污染。넶295 2020-04-01 -
