(1) Initial inspection.

(3) sand blasting roughening,
that is, the workpiece cavity surface for sand blasting roughening treatment. The selected quartz sand grain size should be moderate, and the material of the substrate should be considered (for example, the substrate is iron or aluminum?). If the sand grain size is too large or the substrate is relatively soft, it is easy to cause damage to the surface of the mold cavity, and even cause the workpiece to be scrapped. (4) Primer spraying.

(6) Cooling. After the high temperature curing is completed, the temperature of the workpiece is reduced to room temperature. The cooling rate has a certain influence on the service life of the Teflon coating, because the cooling shrinkage rate of the coating and the mold substrate is different, so the effect of slow cooling of the mold in the oven is better. In addition, if the rapid cooling or cooling temperature is uneven, the workpiece is easy to deform.
(7) Post-processing. After the coating is sprayed, the workpiece needs to be post-treated.
(8) Final inspection. The final inspection of the workpiece shall be carried out according to the acceptance criteria.
